2. Booking Policy
– All bookings are subject to availability.
– A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
– We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour under unavoidable circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
– Full payment must be made prior to the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
– We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other approved methods.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
– Cancellations made 15 days prior to the tour will receive a 100% refund (excluding transaction charges).
– Cancellations made within 7–14 days will receive a 50% refund.
– No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour or for no-shows.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, loss of belongings, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Responsibilities of Travelers
– Carry valid ID and necessary travel documents.
– Follow local laws and tour guide instructions.
– Respect local customs, culture, and fellow travelers.
– Disclose any medical or dietary conditions prior to the trip.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Meraki Tours & Adventures is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, or delay due to natural disasters, weather, political unrest, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, or transport due to weather, safety, or operational concerns. Customers will be informed promptly.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and itineraries, is the intellectual property of Meraki Tours & Adventures and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jammu & Kashmir and the Republic of India.
