At Meraki Tours & Adventures, we aim to ensure a smooth and fair experience for our travelers. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for cancelled or modified tour bookings.
✅ Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The cancellation is made within the time frame outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
- The booking was made directly through Meraki Tours & Adventures (via website, phone, or authorized agents).
- No non-refundable services (e.g. flight tickets, permits, or hotel reservations) have been confirmed on your behalf.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Charges
Certain costs are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Government permits or entry fees already issued
- Airfare or train tickets booked through us
- Hotel cancellation charges
- Payment gateway transaction fees
- Customized itinerary design charges (if any)
🔁 Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Any banking or third-party transaction fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.
🔄 Tour Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation
If you’re unsure about cancelling your trip, we encourage you to reschedule your tour instead. Subject to availability and conditions, we allow one free rescheduling if notified at least 10 days before the original departure date.
