Tour Cancellation Policy – Meraki Tours & Adventures
We understand that plans can change. At Meraki Tours & Adventures, we strive to offer flexible and fair cancellation terms to our valued travelers.
✅ Cancellation by the Traveler:

| 30 days or more | No cancellation fee (Full refund) |
| 15–29 days | 25% of the total package cost |
| 7–14 days | 50% of the total package cost |
| Less than 7 days | 100% cancellation fee (No refund) |
Note: If hotel bookings, permits, or flights have already been confirmed or issued, their individual cancellation terms may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
✅ Cancellation by Meraki Tours & Adventures:
In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions, low group participation), we will offer:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule to a future date or equivalent package
✅ Refund Process:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Any banking or transaction fees will be borne by the customer.
🔁 Changes & Rescheduling:
- One-time date changes are allowed up to 10 days before departure, subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply based on hotel or service provider policies.
