1. Booking Confirmation
– All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total tour package cost.
– The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour or as per the terms shared at the time of booking.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
– Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
– UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
– Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
– Cash payments (in special cases or for local clients)
3. Payment Deadlines
– 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
– 100% of the tour cost must be cleared at least 3 days prior to tour commencement.
– For last-minute bookings (within 72 hours), full payment is required immediately.
4. Non-Payment or Delay
– Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
– Meraki Tours & Adventures will not be responsible for any losses or unavailability due to payment delays.
5. Taxes and Surcharges
– All prices are inclusive of applicable government taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
– Additional charges for peak season, extra services, or special arrangements will be communicated in advance.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
– Transaction charges and applicable fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
